Service Terms & Conditions:
- I hereby agree and confirm that all the personal information given are accurate and I hereby consent and authorize NENO to process any of the data for the purpose of fulfilment of mobile healthcare services to the customers and care recipient.
- Starting 11th November 2022, customers can book through our newly launched commerce store. Link as follows: https://neno.yezza.store
- All services rate is inclusive of transportation fee, except for Health Companion and Mobility Service.
- Additional charges may apply for night shifts, weekend and public holidays.
- Service / Care subscription packages are available to offset some of the cost.
- At the moment, NENO current service offering does not include Live-In service and Home Help / Home Maker service for house chores or tasks to maintain the household ie meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping items.
- Service appointment and necessary arrangement will only be considered confirmed and processed when pre / deposit / full payment is being made. Remaining payment from service subscriptions will be in the form of installment payments.
- 7 - 14 working days of paid booking is required for NENO Buddy (Homecare, Companion and Mobility) services.
- Otherwise, only 2 working days of paid booking is required for other NENO services (Medicare & Therapy).
- NENO Health Administration will be contacting customer/clients during office hour via call/email/text to further understand the care recipient’s need and service required from us.
- NENO channel 50% of service profit to NENO Outreach, our long-term social impact program for targeted beneficiaries towards closing the gap in health accessibility in Malaysia.
